Shipping policy
Upon processing and shipment of your order, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a valid and accurate email address to ensure receipt of shipping confirmations and tracking updates.
Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for the package transfers to the shipping carrier. We are not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed in transit. In the event of any delivery issues, customers must contact USPS directly to initiate a claim.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address (including missing apartment or unit numbers), a $10 reshipping fee will apply. Please review your shipping information carefully prior to submitting your order. We are unable to modify shipping details once an order has been placed.
