1. How long does order processing take?

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

3. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

4. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

We are unable to edit shipping details after an order has been placed. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a $10 reshipping fee will apply.

5. Do you offer refunds, returns, or exchanges?

6. What should I do if my package is lost or delayed?

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier. If your package is lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed, please contact USPS directly to file a claim.
